When the artists aren't on stage, UPshow plays sponsored content and general information content on the two main vertical screens on either side of the stage. UPshow is also on many horizontal screens throughout the venue space. The festival has sponsor only playlists, general only playlists, and a mixture of both streams of content that festival organizers can toggle between.Additionally, sponsors benefit from a robust tool to showcase their brands and drive engagement, with features like QR code promotions that capture valuable lead information.Mike mentions, “The sponsor boards have become a powerful tool for sponsors to showcase their brands and drive engagement, with many sponsors integrating QR codes and other calls to action to capture lead information with a huge uptick on onsite promotions driven by the boards encouraging attendees to visit on-site locations or enter competitions.”

  • The festival organizers can effectively manage and control the content displayed on the screens, whether it's static, animated, or video. These screens have been crucial in streamlining the festival, serving as key information hubs that capture significant attention from attendees who are now accustomed to checking them. This heightened visibility boosts our promotional efforts and opens up valuable sponsorship opportunities. Additionally, using the screens eliminates the need for Southern Entertainment to invest time and resources in printing banners and posters, contributing to a cleaner festival appearance.
